- 2020
GoodLins Hospitality Group is founded and acquires a restaurant group that owned MICHELIN-starred Taïrroir, marking the start of its culinary journey.
- 2021
Secures the prestigious 85th floor of Taipei 101 and unveils 85TD, setting a new benchmark for contemporary Chinese cuisine.
- 2022
85TD earns a place among Taiwan’s MICHELIN-recommended restaurants.
- 2023
Taïrroir ascends to Three MICHELIN Stars in the MICHELIN Guide Taiwan—the first restaurant in the world to present Taiwanese cuisine at this level.
Welcomes two-MICHELIN-starred Chef Alain Huang (formerly of RAW) to launch the new brand A.
Opens the Group’s first private dining concept, 貳零捌公館 (GoodLins Private Club), led by Chinese Culinary Director and MICHELIN-starred Chef Man Tse, offering an exclusive and intimate experience of authentic Cantonese cuisine.

A is awarded One MICHELIN Star in the MICHELIN Guide Taiwan.
Debuts Chuan Ya, an imperial Sichuan dining experience that elevates Taiwan’s fine Sichuan cuisine landscape.
- 2025
Chuan Ya’s Executive Chef Jason Wang apprentices under Master Zhang Yuanfu, a distinguished representative of the Songyun school and official inheritor of China’s Intangible Cultural Heritage in traditional Sichuan cuisine, becoming the fourth-generation overseas inheritor of the Songyun lineage.
A is recognized in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants “50 Best Discovery.”
Chuan Ya earns One MICHELIN Star.

Taïrroir unveils Chaud Doux, inspired by the bouchons of Lyon and celebrating refined French home-style cooking.
